Rainmeter Freezing If Left Unused

I am currently using the monstercat visualizer skin and the default rainmeter time, CPU usage etc skins and when there is no sound for the visualiser to display the whole skin freezes, only after music is played wil it respond 5 or so seconds later, updating the time, CPU usage etc. along with it, its really annoying and i have no idea what could be causing it. any help?

The problem is the visualizer.
Since every audio visualizer is resource hungry, it was always suggested to disable it when not used.
