Activating Windows 10 Action Center - and Cortana

Hello Rainmeterians!

I was wondering if any of you know of a way to make a MouseButton that would activate either Cortana or the Action Center in Windows 10. Not asking for Rainmeter to fully replace both, just if there is a way to create a skin that would activate each of them on a mouse click.

Thanks for the help but I figured out an easier way, which is to use AutoHotKey simulating keyboard shortcuts.
