Can't install rainmeter 4.0 on recent win 7
Hello, I can't install new version of rainmeter 4.0 (r2641) on windows 7 but I have installed service pack and all system updates are installed, only message that I get is

Why does 4.0 need this anyway?
I understand that 2017 is the Year of Linux on the Desktop. That might be an alternative to explore.
