Need some suggestions please. Re-installed (clean) Windows 10 and now it won't run. Log information:

Hard to say, since that error code is a broad-brush "memory access" error .
Just out of curiosity, after you did the clean install of Win10, did you then restore files from a backup using a tool like Acronis or some other "image-based" backup software?
The first thing I would try is a clean install of Rainmeter (assuming you copied at least some files back from a backup). I mean really clean.
Entirely delete the folders:
C:\Program Files\Rainmeter
C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\Rainmeter
C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Rainmeter
Reboot
Download and install the latest release of Rainmeter 3.3 from https://www.rainmeter.net/
Does it then load Rainmeter and the default illustro skins ok?
