A problem that I ran into was with the TempMin setting. Had to change it to a negative since the weather in Iowa drops below 0 F. Might be causing some problems, but otherwise the manual settings worked for me as well.

when i try to edit ...by the way there is no code in the middle of this url so i confused where to put the code... plz plz plz help me as soon as possible

Don't change the URL. Find the location where the "WeatherStation" variable is defined and change that. It's probably in a "variables" file.
