I searched but couldn't find any earlier thread about this. How exactly do you upgrade from one version of rainmeter to another? And how do you check which version of rainmeter you are running? There's probably a like very obvious answer to this question but I have yet to find it^^
Of some reason I can't use windows aero in Omnimo 4.1 and I think it might be because I'm running a old version of rainmeter.

Re: Upgrade rainmeter?
Simply get the latest version (I recommend the latest beta) from http://rainmeter.net and install it. It will upgrade your current version without harming anything you have set up.
You can always find the version you are running from "About" on the Rainmeter tray icon.

Hi there!jsmorley wrote:You can always find the version you are running from "About" on the Rainmeter tray icon.
Is there a built-in variable or some kind, which tells me the current version of the Rainmeter, and can be reached from code?
Thanks the answer in advance!
