So, I just wanted to launch simple skin with only text in it.
I have no other problems with the application.
I have several separate AHK scripts which I switch depending on program/game I'm using. I wanted a simple skin to be switched with a AHK script to indicate which script is active (when one(new) script starts the other(old) is being closed so if there is an options to set skin up so that it behaves like the scripts, please mention it in the answer).
Clicking on the .ini file launches notepad so putting file path name after a "run" command won't work.
Run command works like that.
Thanks in advance

OK, the topic may be closed now because I've already solved the problem.
