I translated it from the english files on the How To page.

You can find the files on:
https://github.com/papydeath95/Traducciones/tree/master/es-419_Rainmeter/Language

Thanks.

Thank you for the translations. Unfortunately we are not able to add your language at this time.

[Technical details]
We use a program called NSIS to build our installer. This program compiles our translations and packs up all the files needed to install Rainmeter on a users system. NSIS itself needs translations for some of the basic text the installer may display. At this time there is only 2 spanish language translations from NSIS. International Spanish (ie. Modern Spanish), and Traditional Spanish. Both of these versions are not the Latin American version of Spanish in which we need for your translations to work with Rainmeter.

So, in order for us to add your language to Rainmeter, we need some additional items translated and submitted to NSIS. Once NSIS accepts your translations and releases a new version of NSIS with your language, then we can add your Rainmeter translations to our build.

There are 2 files to be translated (.nsh, .nlf). You can download the English/Spanish version of the files here: https://github.com/kichik/nsis/tree/master/Contrib/Language%20files
Once you have translated these 2 files, you can submit them to NSIS (see link below). I won't submit on your behalf, it will be totally up to you to submit the translations on your own.

Here is a link to the NSIS translation help page, please follow the instructions: http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?t=157119 (Note: The Spanish (Latin America) language id is 22538 and the codepage is 1252. You will need these for your .nlf file.)

Also note, there is a possibility that your language might not be supported on Windows 7. According to this MSDN page, the Spanish (Latin America) language pack was not available until Windows 8.1 (note the last column for your language). However, maybe Microsoft back ported them to Windows 7 like they have done with a lot of software. We will have to do further testing if this is the case.
