Latest Croatian translations:
Croatian.h (Application)
Croatian.nsh (Installer)

(right-click on the .h and .nsh links -> Save as. Then, simply open the files with Notepad)

"Send computer information"
=> Pošalji informacije o računalu.

"Your computer Windows version, CPU capabilities, and graphics capabilities will be reported once during installation to improve Rainmeter. No personal information will be sent."
=> Verzija Windowsa, procesorske i grafičke mogućnosti Vašeg računala biti će prijavljene tokom instalacije kako bismo poboljšali Rainmeter. Osobne informacije neće biti poslane.

"Install 64-bit version"
=> Instaliraj 64-bitnu verziju.

As far as I can see, you have removed support for the Croatian language - although I can't see why?
The localization files were translated in full by tkunic. Whatever the reason was - here are the needed files:

Croatian.h :

I hope this would be enough to re-support Croatian language.
